Ron served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Conflict in the helicopter squadron. After serving in the navy he worked as a bartender and really enjoyed the people he waited on. He belonged to American Legion Henry Pinch Post #104 where he served in several offices and participated in parades and military honors ceremonies for fellow veterans. Ron was also a member of the Cuba City Volunteer Fire Department. A very devoted husband and father, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, fishing and working on cars.
